Martin Kehoe has practiced
law in the
Albany area for over twenty years. He worked on law guardian
panels for seventeen years. This gave way to his entry
into the area of
Special Education Law. Marty is certified as an Impartial Hearing Officer
in New York. He conducts hearings all over the state in
accordance with state and federal laws. In addition to that Marty
is an experienced commercial and residential Real Estate Broker.
For the past twenty years he has been dedicated to representing the rights of individuals
in criminal defense, civil rights litigation, Social
Security Disability applications and bankruptcies. Attorney Kehoe is
admitted to practice law in New York State, Connecticut State and
the Federal Courts (NDNY, 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals and the
Supreme Court).
After
three decades as an optical engineer Ted decided to enter the legal
profession. In 1994 he
graduated from Albany Law School. He is admitted to practice
in both New York and Connecticut. He has also
been admitted to practice in the federal courts: Northern District
New York, 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals and the U .S. Supreme Court. Attorney Robinson joined
the Kehoe law firm in 2005. Ted deals with traffic tickets
throughout New York State, immigration matters, criminal defense,
family court and child neglect cases. He is quite approachable; to
give a frame of reference, Ted is a U.S. Navy Veteran of
the---Korean War.
Michelle has worked in the office since 1998. She is the administrative assistant -- dedicated and treasured.
